Rise Up Fit was created with a simple idea: gymwear shouldn't only look good during a workout.

We wanted clothing that could move effortlessly between training, everyday life and everything in between — without sacrificing comfort or style.

That is why we started Rise Up Fit.

Our focus is on relaxed, oversized fits with a clean, minimal look that you can wear in the gym, on a rest day or as part of your everyday wardrobe.

Our Story

Rise Up Fit started from our shared interest in training, style and the frustration of trying to find gym clothing that felt just as wearable outside the gym.

We didn't want to build another fitness brand covered in loud graphics and complicated messaging.

We wanted something simpler.

Clothing that feels comfortable.

Fits the way we want oversized clothing to fit.

And looks good enough that you don't feel like you need to change as soon as your workout is finished.

Rise Up Fit is still growing, and we're building the brand one collection, one customer and one step at a time.

We would rather create pieces we genuinely believe in than release products simply for the sake of releasing something new.

Meet the Founders

Rise Up Fit started from a real problem rather than simply an idea to launch another gymwear brand.

Jack wanted gym T-shirts that stayed comfortable and gave him more coverage while training, rather than constantly riding up during lifts. Together, Jack and Fah saw an opportunity to create oversized gymwear that combined comfort, coverage and everyday style.

Jack brings the training perspective behind the products, while Fah leads the brand, e-commerce, marketing and creative direction.

Together, they are building Rise Up Fit around clothing they genuinely want to wear themselves.

This is much stronger than saying Jack simply has a passion for fitness, because almost every fitness brand says that. The T-shirt riding up problem gives customers an actual reason for why your oversized fit exists.

The idea behind Rise Up Fit came from a simple frustration Jack had with gym T-shirts.

When training, especially during lifts and overhead movements, he found that many T-shirts would ride up and expose his stomach. He wanted something with a more relaxed, oversized fit that gave him better coverage while still feeling comfortable to train in.

That became one of the starting points for Rise Up Fit.

The goal was to create T-shirts that feel comfortable during a workout, give you the coverage you want while moving, and still look good enough to wear outside the gym.

Jack’s focus has helped shape the fit, feel and training-led direction of the brand.

From the website and product presentation to content, marketing and the overall direction of the brand, her focus is on building Rise Up Fit into something that feels recognisable, considered and authentic.

The goal isn't simply to sell another T-shirt.

It's to build a brand and community people genuinely want to be part of.
