Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same working day.

During peak periods, launches, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. When this happens, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional handling fees set by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. Rise Up Fit is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes applied to international deliveries.

Order Tracking

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Rise Up Fit cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Rise Up Fit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and ensuring that someone is available to accept the parcel where possible.

If your order appears to be missing, please contact the courier first using your tracking details. You are also welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to assist where we can.
