Returns and Exchanges Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued at over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
